The RERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Renewable Energy Sources – Biomass, Biogas and Biomass Gasifier Energy) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter called as the RERC RE – Biomass, Biogas and Biomass Gasifier Tariff Regulations, 2015) provide for terms and conditions for determination of tariff for Biomass, Biogas and Biomass Gasifier based power projects to be commissioned during the control period of FY 2015-16 to FY 2018-19.
