Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) invites sealed bids against request for selection (RfS) of bidders from the Agencies for Preparation of Feasibility Assessment Reports for Installation of Grid connected rooftop solar PV system in packages in India.The RfS document has been uplaoded on https://www.tcil-india-electronictender.com/etshome/EtsHomePage.aspx. (Only viewed on Microsoft Internet explorer 10.x or above brower).
Interested bidders have to download the official copy of RfS & other documents after logging into the TCIL website by using the Login ID and password provided by TCIL during registration. The bidder shall only be eligible to submit/upload the Response to RfS after logging into the TCIL portal and downloading the official copy. Bidders are requested to follow the instructions mentioned in the attached ETS guideto change the settings on Internet Explorer browser.
