It’s evident that the global outbreak of Pandemic Novel Coronavirus, COVID 19 has significantly hampered the functioning of all sectors including institutions, commercial establishments, offices & various manufacturing units are also at standstill. India is phasing through this crucial time having a complete Lockdown of all the States & UTs till 03.05.2020. As a reason only, the Pre Bid meeting scheduled for the subject tender could not be conducted on 20.04.2020.
In such a situation, all prospective bidders are requested to kindly submit their respective Pre-Bid queries, so as to save on overall tendering time.
Bidders are required to send in their Pre-Bid queries mail at sandeeprana@seci.co.in & contracts@seci.co.in on or before 24.04.2020 by 1800 Hrs, as no queries will be entertained after this date. Pre-Bid query format has also been once again attached with this notification & queries in any other format will not be entertained.
All prospective bidders are required to kindly submit their queries in the given format by the mentioned due date only.
Bidders are required to kindly be updated through SECIs website www.seci.co.in for any further updates regarding this RfS.
